We're seeking a motivated Industrial Sales Representative to help industrial facilities throughout West Texas improve reliability, reduce downtime, and keep operations running. You'll work directly with plant managers, maintenance leaders, engineers, and business owners to deliver solutions involving electric motors, air compressors, industrial electrical services, automation, controls, and predictive maintenance.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with industrial and commercial customers throughout West Texas.
- Prospect new business through networking, referrals, route-based visits, and direct outreach.
- Learn customer operations and identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and uptime.
- Present electrical, mechanical, automation, compressor, motor repair, and reliability solutions.
- Follow up on proposals, quotes, and opportunities to drive growth.
- Maintain customer and opportunity records within CRM.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to ensure customer success.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Experience in outside sales, industrial sales, technical services, electrical, or mechanical industries.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organization and follow-through.
- CRM and computer proficiency.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel throughout West Texas, including occasional overnight stays.

- Industrial electrical services
- Electric motors and drives

- Reliability and predictive maintenance
- Manufacturing or industrial operations
