Trim Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Trim Technician to join our aerospace manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform precision trim operations on formed sheet metal aircraft components, ensuring all parts meet strict engineering, customer, and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate is quality-focused, mechanically skilled, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision trim operations using approved tools, fixtures, and equipment
• Set up tooling and ensure proper part alignment for consistent, repeatable results
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and customer specifications
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to verify dimensional, tolerance, and cosmetic requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and traceability throughout the manufacturing process
• Communicate with supervisors and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and report issues
• Handle parts carefully to prevent damage and maintain product integrity
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, efficiency, and scrap reduction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
