A manufacturing company in North Fort Worth is hiring for a RMA Coordinator!

 

Shift:  Monday-Thursday  7a-430p (30 min lunch)

              Friday 7a-11a

 

Pay:  $20/hr

 

Onsite

 

Temp 3 months, could extend to Temp to Hire

 

The RMA Coordinator will assist the returns department with customer support and administrative duties.  Associate will be working in an enclosed office in the repair area.

 

 

Job Duties:

• Providing professional & courteous customer service always.
• Entering Return Authorizations and sales orders.
• Working directly with customers while liaising with internal departments & vendors.
• Insuring repairs & returns are handled promptly & professionally.
• Following up with customers to provide ongoing status reports of work being done.
• Tracking shipments, credit orders & chasing down credits.
• Opportunities for growth and advancements

 

Ideal Candidate will have:

• Previous experience in customer service or related field
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task & adapt to changing priorities
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
