Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Powder Coater for a growing company in Provo, UT. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity for candidates with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Position: Powder Coater
Location: Provo, UT
Shift: Day Shift (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $19-22 DOE

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed

• Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently

• Apply powder coatings according to company specifications and quality standards

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience required.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
