Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8–9 hour shifts

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Fabricator to join their team! If you enjoy working with your hands, reading blueprints, and building quality products, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication plans
• Measure and cut aluminum using a chop saw
• Assemble custom shutter systems
• Perform occasional tack welds (very minimal)
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately
• Good basic math skills
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 80 lbs with assistance)
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment (non-climate controlled)

Equipment & PPE:

• Chop saw experience is a plus
• Safety glasses and ear plugs required

Hiring Requirements:

• Drug Screen Required
• Background Check Required
• Valid Driver's License Required
