Diesel Service Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Diesel Service Technician to join our team! As a Diesel Service Technician, you will be responsible for service and maintenance on diesel equipment and trucks with attention to detail.

Must be able to work from 6am -6pm and still be flexible

Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform full-service and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records of parts inventory and serviced vehicles.
• Adhere to an inspection procedure checklist.
• Clean equipment and tools to ensure they are always kept in safe and usable conditions.
• Keep an accurate log of all work performed.
• Adhere to company work safety policies.
• Be able to reference and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Manager.

Required Skills and Abilities
• 1–3 years of experience as Diesel Service Technician.
• Comfortable using mechanical and electrical power tools.
• Superior teamwork.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Physically fit to operate and lift heavy equipment.
• Must have reliable transportation.
