Schedule: Full-time; must be available to work weekends and holidays

We are seeking a motivated, professional Jewelry Sales Representative to join our team in Klamath Falls. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times; good hygiene and presentation are essential.

• Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person, helping them find products that meet their needs.

• Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional manner.

• Present and promote loyalty and marketing programs.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from quote to close.

• Contribute to outbound marketing efforts to grow the customer base.

• Process orders, special orders, and catalog requests accurately and efficiently.

• Address and resolve customer concerns, balancing company and customer needs.

• Recommend and support business process improvements.

• Participate in ongoing product and cultural training, including jewelry-making processes and sales techniques.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping people.

• Ability to build genuine customer relationships.

• Honest, hardworking, motivated, and a strong team player.

• Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand on feet for up to 8 hours per day.
