Entry-Level Production Associate | Manufacturing | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift | Medina, OH
No Experience Required - Paid Training Provided
A growing Medina-area manufacturer is hiring dependable Production Associates to support manufacturing operations, production lines, packaging, quality inspection, and machine operation. No previous experience is required, and paid training is provided. Most current openings are on 2nd and 3rd shift, with limited 1st shift opportunities available.
What You Will Be Doing
Help keep production lines running smoothly
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Package finished products
Assist with basic machine operations and clearing minor jams
Rotate between different workstations as needed
Keep work areas clean and safe
Move materials using equipment, by hand, or forklift
Support shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks
What We Are Looking For
No experience required - we will train you
Reliable and ready to work
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Team player with attention to detail
Ability to stand, move, and lift throughout your shift
Schedule
Full-time hours
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Most current openings are on 2nd and 3rd shift, with limited 1st shift opportunities available
Overtime opportunities based on production needs
Pay: You can expect to earn approximately $650-$700 per week, depending on shift, hours worked, and production needs.
