Cabinet Shop Production Associate | Woodworking | Cabinet Assembly | Manufacturing

Are you experienced in woodworking, cabinet assembly, production, or manufacturing? Join a well-established custom cabinet manufacturer seeking reliable Production Associates to help build high-quality custom cabinetry and wood products. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work with woodworking tools, cabinet production equipment, assembly processes, finishing techniques, and quality craftsmanship in a team-oriented shop environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and frame cabinets using hand tools and power tools 

  • Construct and assemble cabinet doors and components 

  • Sand wood surfaces by hand or with mechanical sanders 

  • Apply stain manually to achieve custom, high-quality finishes 

  • Spray finish coatings in a controlled finishing booth 

  • Perform final assembly of cabinet components into finished products 

  • Rotate between departments based on workload and skill level 

Qualifications 

  • Woodworking experience 

  • Enjoys hands-on, physical work 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Ability to follow precise instructions 

  • Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift 

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM 

Pay: $18+ Depending on Experience
