Distribution & Warehouse Associate - Order Picking & Packing
$16.50/hr | Monday-Friday 2nd Shift 11:30 AM-8:00 PM
Winona, MN | Distribution Center Position
Help pick and pack customer orders for a well-known company that prints and distributes music products such as books, CDs, music supplies, and related merchandise.
Warehouse or distribution experience is helpful but not required. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and staying active throughout the shift.
Job Duties
- Pick customer orders from warehouse storage location
- Pack products for shipment
- Use a computerized headset system to locate products
- Follow verbal and computer-generated instructions
- Check orders for accuracy and quality
- Walk throughout the warehouse to retrieve items
- Help with cleanup and other assigned tasks when workflow slows
This role requires the use of safety toe shoes while in the warehouse.

Physical and Environmental Requirements
- Stand and walk throughout the entire shift
- Push and pull carts throughout the day
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Push up to 40 lbs.
- Reach, bend, and move throughout warehouse aisles
- Occasionally use stairs
- No seated work available during shift
- Moderate work pace in a quiet warehouse environment
