Pay: $20.00-$24.00/hour (Based on Experience)

• Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
• 1-hour unpaid lunch
• Saturday overtime available as needed

About the Role

A leading manufacturer of pre-engineered steel building systems is seeking a dependable Brake Press Operator to join their production team. This position supports the fabrication of metal building panels by operating CNC/Brake Press machinery and assisting with various production processes. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, has strong mechanical aptitude, and takes pride in producing quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC/Brake Press machinery used in the production of steel building panels.
• Load, unload, and stage materials throughout the production process.
• Read and follow work orders and production specifications.
• Measure materials accurately using tape measures and other measuring tools.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with general labor tasks throughout the panel shop as needed.
• Work with the production team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC/Brake Press equipment.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Comfortable working around steel products and manufacturing equipment.
• Able to lift, bend, stand, and work throughout an entire shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
