Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable Laborers to assist with the shutdown and cleanup of a facility. This role involves physically demanding work, including removing materials, dismantling equipment, and preparing the site for closure. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and able to handle heavy labor in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove and dispose of materials, debris, and scrap
• Assist with dismantling shelving, equipment, and workstations
• Lift, carry, and move heavy boxes and materials
• Sweep, clean, and prepare the facility for final turnover
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment

Requirements:

• Ability to perform lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
