Experienced In-Home Caregiver

Pay: $19.50–$22.00 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced In-Home Caregiver to provide high-quality, one-on-one care in a private home. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is patient, attentive, and committed to helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility)
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor the client's health and report any changes or concerns
Follow established care plans and document care as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment

Qualifications

Previous experience as an in-home caregiver, CNA, home health aide, or in a similar caregiving role
Experience caring for individuals with seizures or willingness to learn and become comfortable providing care for someone with a seizure disorder
Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately during medical emergencies
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional attitude
Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references

Preferred Qualifications

CPR and First Aid certification
Experience working with clients who have neurological or developmental conditions
