Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

We're hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support warehouse and manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants a stable weekday schedule with long-term potential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse to support production.
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records using computer systems.
• Inspect products for damage and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous Forklift Experience
• Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, manufacturing, and logistics experience.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
