Maintenance Technician

Located in Baldwin, WI

Salary: $28.37/hour

Express Employment in River Falls is currently recruiting for a company looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their team! The Maintenance Technician is in charge of performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment.

 

Shift: 7AM-3:30PM (Monday-Friday)

Pay: Up to $28.37/hour

Location: Baldwin, WI

 

Job duties:

• Ensure all machinery is operating as it is designed
• Controls downtime by effectively troubleshooting and diagnosing problems quickly and accurately
•  Ability to troubleshoot various robots and automation systems
• Ability to repair chillers, thermolators, resin driers, loader systems, grinders and tower fans
• Assist Maintenance Manager with machine installations; which includes electrical and plumbing skills Assist in preventative maintenance of company vehicles
•  Maintain all facility grounds and buildings
•  Work with subcontractors on facility maintenance
•  Ensures that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelines
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops & reviewing technical publications

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 years in Maintenance and Machine repair
• 2-5 years of Injection Molding and Assembly experience
• Ability to test, troubleshoot and repair equipment using knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics and control logic
• Print reading, Pneumatic/Hydraulic/Electrical/Electronics
•  Ability to use test equipment (multi-meters, calipers, micrometers)
•  Ability to operate a forklift and move heavy equipment
•  Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs. frequently, and 75 lbs. occasionally through a team lift. 
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.

Must be able to commute to Baldwin, WI (not a remote role)
