Job Title: Employment Specialist
City and State: Crystal Lake, IL
Pay Rate: $36,000 – $50,000 base salary + $10,000 to unlimited commission (typical earnings $50,000+)
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, interview, and match candidates with available job opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers and local businesses
  • Post and manage job advertisements across online platforms and social media
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee placement activities
  • Meet placement goals and contribute to overall team success
Qualifications:
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Basic computer and social media skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
