Assistant Car Washer/ Detailer 

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime available as needed)

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Car Washer/Detailer for one of our valued clients. This position is ideal for an individual with previous vehicle detailing experience who takes pride in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of vehicles. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with the cleaning, detailing, and preparation of vehicles while ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, clean, and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, dashboards, and windows.
• Wax, polish, and maintain vehicle exteriors to company standards.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before delivery.
• Safely move and park vehicles as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations when applicable.

Qualifications:

• Previous car washing and/or automotive detailing experience required.
• Knowledge of proper vehicle care, cleaning products, and detailing techniques.
• Understanding of vehicle maintenance and appearance standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle compliance requirements preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
