This role is responsible for ensuring the hotel is consistently stocked with the necessary linens, towels, and amenities. The position focuses on delivering and replacing items throughout the property rather than cleaning guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clean linens, towels, and supplies to guest rooms and housekeeping staff
• Replace used items in assigned areas as needed
• Restock housekeeping carts, closets, and supply rooms
• Ensure all floors and service areas are fully stocked throughout the day
• Respond promptly to requests for additional items (towels, amenities, etc.)
• Travel between different buildings or areas of the resort to distribute supplies

Important Note:

• This role does not include cleaning guest rooms, making beds, or sanitizing bathrooms

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record required to travel throughout the resort
• Ability to lift and move linen carts or supplies
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Team player with a helpful, service-oriented attitude
