What You'll Do

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with production activities including material preparation, testing, and documentation
Operate basic lab and manufacturing equipment
Follow detailed work instructions to meet quality and compliance standards
Accurately complete production records and communicate equipment, production, or safety concerns

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED
Manufacturing, laboratory, or cleanroom experience is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
Basic computer and math skills
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Comfortable working with animal-based materials

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE
