Position Summary: The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Call Center Representatives. This role focuses on driving prospecting efforts, identifying qualified business opportunities, and supporting the sales process by ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients. The supervisor will monitor team performance, provide ongoing training, and help achieve departmental goals through effective leadership and strategic planning.
