Setup Technician

Located in Racine, WI

Salary: $18-25/hr.

DUTIES:

1. Install dies, make-ready machines, arrange materials and components so ready to run.
2. Set up presses to run with correct power, stops, alignment to run parts to specifications.
3. Record keeping for setup and breakdown of jobs.
4. Answer press calls and complete adjustments for as needed.
5. Material handling

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Familiar with manufacturing environment
2. High school degree
3. 3 or more years of factory work, especially with mechanics and operations
4. Willingness to learn, be an exemplar employee, and take on more responsibility as you advance in the organization with compensation to match
