Overview

We are seeking an experienced Machinist to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. This position offers a unique schedule with a three-day weekend, providing excellent work-life balance while working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, milling machines, and other machining equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T specifications, and technical drawings.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to support machining and assembly operations.
• Follow safety procedures and lean manufacturing practices to ensure efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous machinist experience required.
• Knowledge of CNC programming, CNC mills, and CNC lathes.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and CMM equipment.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift materials as needed.
