House Cleaner

About the role

We are a private residential property management company seeking a reliable, professional House Cleaner to support the upkeep of high-end estate homes in the Paradise Valley area. These are large, well-appointed properties, and our clients expect the highest standard of care and discretion.

This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, presents themselves professionally, and is comfortable working in occupied homes with clients present. Attention to detail and a positive, service-oriented attitude are essential.

What you'll do

• Clean and maintain residential interiors to a high standard, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces
• Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
• Work efficiently and independently across properties while maintaining a courteous, professional presence
• Use provided cleaning products and supplies safely and effectively

Must-have qualities

• Sharp attention to detail — you notice what others walk past
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Comfortable working in occupied homes with clients present

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential or commercial housekeeping experience
• Strong customer service skills — confident, courteous, and clear with clients
• Well-kept, polished appearance
• Reliable and punctual
