1st Switch Truck Driver Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm

Express Employment Professionals of Kalamazoo is seeking a Switch Truck Driver to join a Portage manufacturer.

 

Position Type: Full time, evaluation hire

 

Pay Rate: $20/Hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am- 4:00pm

 

Job Duties:

• Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials, utilizing forklift and bobcats as needed
• Perform preventative and minor repair maintenance to assigned equipment
• Move large trailers around yard safely
• Maintain and utilize entrusted equipment and tools, including hand tools and power tools
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities around the job site as requested

CDL- A or B is a nice to have! 

 

Job Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand and walk
• Perform repetitive lifting
• Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
• Solid work history and strong communication
• High school graduate or GED
