Night Shift Operations Supervisor

We are partnering with a well-established and growing organization to identify a Night Shift Operations Supervisor ( 2-2-3 schedule, 12-hour shifts) to lead production operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Position Overview

The Night Shift Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading all production activities during the assigned shift. This role oversees a team of operators and support staff, ensuring efficient operations, strong safety performance, and consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to execute the production plan
• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture, proactively addressing risks
• Partner with Maintenance to ensure equipment uptime and compliance
• Collaborate with Quality and Technical teams to meet production standards
• Drive efficiency, productivity, and cost control initiatives
• Address production issues, equipment challenges, and schedule changes in real time
• Foster a positive, communicative team environment that supports engagement
• Deliver strong internal and external service levels
• Develop team members and support career progression

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing, operations, or a similar environment
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve performance goals
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communicator with a collaborative leadership style
• Safety-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
