Millwork Associate

Location: Eugene, OR
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Millwork Associate to join our team. This is a fast-paced, physically active role responsible for pulling, preparing, and staging millwork products for customer orders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with tools and equipment in a warehouse/shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and stage materials including casing, shelving, flat stock, doors, and bi-fold doors
• Accurately prepare orders for shipment
• Measure, cut, and finish materials using shop equipment
• Operate equipment such as table saws, radial arm saws, and sanders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in the Receiving Department as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, millwork, or a similar environment preferred
• Experience operating hand tools and shop equipment (table saw, sander, tape measure, etc.)
• Forklift experience required (must be willing to complete company certification)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of an 8-hour shift
