Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

 

 

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving/ Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping products and materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips
• Inspect goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies
• Prepare outgoing shipments including packaging, labeling, and shipping documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments regarding shipment activity 
• Record and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
• Move and stage materials throughout warehouse areas
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or forklift experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
• Ability to read shipping documents, packing slips, and invoices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Forklift certification is a plus
