What You’ll Do

• Coordinate loan onboarding from approval through funding
• Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Work with lending and underwriting to resolve issues
• Communicate with customers and request needed information
• Maintain accurate data in all systems
• Identify risks and escalate discrepancies
• Support process improvements that enhance efficiency

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business/finance (Preferred)
• 1+ year of experience in banking, lending, or financial operations (Required)
• Experience with consumer or small‑business loans (Preferred)
