Job Title: Warehouse / Receiving Associate
Schedule: Monday – Friday ( 8:00am - 5:00pm)
Job Summary: As a Warehouse - Shipping / Receiving Associate, you will support warehouse operations through shipping and receiving, inventory control, and documentation management. You will be responsible for receiving goods, performing quality control checks, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring efficient workflow through strong communication, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, time management, and equipment operation expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Receiving & Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods while ensuring proper quality control
- Perform inventory control and inventory management to maintain accurate stock levels
- Complete and maintain shipping and receiving documentation
- Load and unload shipments using safe handling procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment, including counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
- Assist with installation, setup, and tear down of materials or workspace equipment (as required)
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues through troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and safety-controlled warehouse environment
- Support additional tasks such as packing, protection, and general warehouse support duties
Requirements:
- Valid Forklift License (Counterbalance, Reach, or Pallet Truck preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of shipping, receiving & warehousing experience
- Hands-on experience with inventory control, documentation, and equipment operation
- Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and teamwork
- Experience with quality control and safety procedures
- Proficiency in basic computer systems
- Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs
