Operate and monitor production and injection molding machines to ensure products meet quality standards. 

Remove, count, inspect, and package finished products, including stacking parts into boxes. 

Perform machine changeovers, adjust machine controls, and assist with mold and color changes as needed. 

Conduct quality checks, monitor production, and accurately record completed products and any issues. 

Maintain a clean and safe work area while assisting other departments and team members as needed. 

6 months to 1 year of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred. 

Basic math and ruler measurement skills. 

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Dependable, friendly, and willing to work as part of a team. 

Ability to lift 25–30 lbs. and stand, bend, and twist for up to 12 hours.
