Position Details
Position: Journeyman Industrial Electrician
Location: Everson, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay Range: $90,000-$120,000 Annually, D.O.E
Job Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on motors, electrical systems, and components
- Install, bend, and remove conduit as needed
- Install and replace lighting systems, outlets, electrical panels, transformers, and switches
- Troubleshoot and maintain VFDs, PLCs, and industrial control systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Maintain electrical inventory levels and coordinate with approved vendors
- Follow all company safety policies and identify potential hazards
- Communicate effectively with management, maintenance personnel, and production teams
- Support electrical projects while maintaining quality workmanship and code compliance
Qualifications
- Current Washington State Journeyman Electrician License
- Industrial electrical experience preferred
- Manufacturing or lumber mill experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and applicable electrical standards
- Experience working with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and control systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
