• Part-time schedule: 20–25 hours per week
• Monday–Friday Flexible scheduling available
• Answering phones and responding to emails
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Scheduling appointments and processing service orders
• Dispatching and coordinating service calls
• Calling customers to confirm and remind them of upcoming service dates
• Assisting with basic accounting tasks as needed
• Customer service and data entry responsibilities
