Delivery Driver / Shop Support

Position Overview

The Shop Delivery Driver / Shop Support position is responsible for preparing cabinet door orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality, and safely transporting materials. This role also supports shop operations, including prep work on the sanding line, and serves as a backup delivery driver when needed. Hours are M-F 6a-2:30p pay is $18/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and inventory hardwood cabinet doors to ensure sizes and quantities match order specifications
• Prepare and stage completed orders for delivery
• Safely load, secure, and organize pallets in delivery vehicles to prevent damage during transport
• Operate pallet jacks to move cabinet components within the facility
• Assist in the sanding line by prepping cabinet doors and supporting production needs
• Maintain clean and organized work and delivery areas
• Train to serve as a backup delivery driver and perform deliveries as assigned
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Ability to maneuver and push pallet jack loads of 100 lbs or more per pallet
• Strong attention to detail for order accuracy and product handling
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule

• 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM, with occasional overtime as needed
