What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor water treatment systems and equipment
• Mix and administer treatment chemicals according to established procedures
• Collect and test water samples to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor pumps, filters, valves, and chemical feed systems
• Maintain accurate operational logs and records
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with repairs as needed
• Follow all environmental, safety, and company regulations

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, utility, or water treatment environments
• Experience handling chemicals and following safety procedures
• Experience operating pumps, valves, motors, or process equipment
• Water treatment or wastewater experience is a plus but not required

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Water treatment certifications are preferred but not required
• Additional technical training is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators when necessary
