Salary: $27/hr

We are seeking a CDL-B Box Truck Driver for our client in Norwood, MA.

Schedule: Mon-Fri (6am - until last load is completed)

Pay Rate: $27/hr

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate box truck in full compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Execute efficient product deliveries and collections across customer locations.
• Optimize routes and volumes through strong customer partnerships.
• Document and report delivery/collection data and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement project plans.

Requirements:

• Clean driving record with DOT medical card.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with multi-stop driving and route optimization.
• Ability to work independently and build customer relationships.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and basic Microsoft Office tools.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
