Commercial Carpenter (Non-Union)
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking reliable, skilled Commercial Carpenters to join our growing team. Candidates should have a well-rounded background in commercial construction and be committed to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism.

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency in one or more of the following areas:

Metal stud framing
Drywall installation and finishing
ACT (Acoustical Ceiling Tile) grid systems
VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile) flooring
Doors, frames, and door hardware installation
Concrete work
Fence installation
General commercial carpentry

A broad understanding of commercial construction and additional building trades is a strong plus.

Minimum Qualifications

2–3 years of commercial construction experience preferred
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be a U.S. citizen
Valid driver's license required
Reliable transportation
No substance abuse issues
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Commitment to workplace safety
Ability to arrive on time and ready to work each day
OSHA 10 certification is a plus

Job Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of commercial construction tasks, from general labor to advanced carpentry work
Read and follow instructions from supervisors and project leaders
Work independently as well as collaboratively with a construction crew
Install and repair commercial building components according to project specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Follow all company and site-specific safety requirements
