We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team in Midland. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and sales skills, enjoy building relationships with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Assist customers with orders, pricing, and product inquiries
• Process and track customer orders accurately
• Pull parts and coordinate order fulfillment
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support daily sales and office operations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience
• Stable work history is required
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to sit, bend, and stoop throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
