 Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Laundry Attendant / Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers, assisting with laundry and dry-cleaning operations, and maintaining a clean and organized facility. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors and patrons
• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and assist customers with using washers and dryers
• Review services offered and help guide customers through available options
• Process customer transactions for products and services
• Assist with laundry drop-off and pick-up orders
• Check in and check out dry-cleaning orders accurately
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment
• General cleaning supplies

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, reliable, and highly dependable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Ability to operate or learn:
• Commercial washers and dryers
• Point-of-sale systems
• Experience with general cleaning and organizational tasks
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
