Job Summary
We are seeking a Hands-On Inbound Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations, primarily focused on receiving and breakdown of inbound freight.
This is a working leadership role—you will be leading the team while actively working alongside them on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of 6+ associates on inbound dock operations
- Receive, unload, and break down incoming freight
- Ensure accurate product handling and organization
- Serve as backup to the day shift supervisor as needed
- Help drive productivity, safety, and team accountability
- Train and support team members on processes and expectations
- Assist with workflow coordination and daily priorities

Monday–Friday
4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Pay
$23.50–$24.00/hour
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience required (receiving preferred)
- Prior leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred
- Ability to perform physical work (unloading, lifting, standing)
- Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Reliable attendance and ability to work early shift
