Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Cylinder Handler / Production Associate for a growing industrial operation in the Indianapolis area. This is a physically demanding position ideal for candidates who enjoy staying active and working in a hands-on environment.

Job Summary

The Cylinder Handler / Production Associate is responsible for moving, staging, loading, and unloading compressed gas cylinders throughout the facility. Associates will regularly handle cylinders weighing 50-60 pounds and will utilize lifting equipment for larger products. This role requires working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.

Pay

$21.00/HR

Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift and move 50-60 pounds
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material handling experience is a plus
• Experience operating forklifts or lifting equipment is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting of 50-60 pound cylinders
• Standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Ability to safely maneuver heavy products and equipment
