Job Title: Trailer Assembly Technician (1st Shift)

Pay Rate: $15–$17 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in McMinnville, TN. This role involves assembling and finishing trailer components with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with fiberglass work, painting, and the use of hand tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble trailer components according to specifications and work instructions
• Perform fiberglass work, including cutting, fitting, and finishing materials
• Prepare surfaces and apply paint coatings to meet quality standards
• Operate and maintain various hand tools and equipment safely
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience working with fiberglass
• Experience with industrial or automotive painting techniques
• Proficiency using hand tools (drills, grinders, sanders, etc.)
• Ability to read and follow work instructions or basic blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in trailer, automotive, or manufacturing assembly
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a production environment

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production setting
• May involve exposure to dust, fumes, and loud noise
• Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
