Our client is seeking a Design/Sales Coordinator!

 

The Designer / Sales Coordinator is responsible for guiding clients through the design and sales process for interior renovation, kitchen, bath, cabinetry, flooring, and specialty scope projects. This role blends design expertise, relationship-based sales, and disciplined scope development to deliver a high-end client experience while supporting profitable, well-executed projects.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in custom cabinetry design, kitchen and bath design, or residential interior design
• 10+ years of experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read and work from architectural plans and blueprints, including recognition of structural elements
• Proficiency in 2020 Design software
• Ability to generate 3D renderings and export to CAD or rendering platforms
• Comfort working within a construction management system
• High attention to detai
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

Compensation Structure:

Base salary is $75,000 per year. In addition, this role earns a 2% commission on total project sales.
