Staff would open the concession stand and get the cash drawer started.The temp would work in that space independently until the boat staff arrives at noon.
The Boat manager will check the cash drawer when she arrives and sign off on the cash. We use the Square POS system for cash and cards.
They would also check the public restrooms for cleanliness. We have a janitorial company for bio level messes, but would ask them to sweep up tp and trash in the area.
