Cement Production Associate

 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Overtime Available: Fridays as needed

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our cement production team. This is a hands-on role working in a production environment involving mixing, molding, and material handling.

Responsibilities:

• Mix and mold cement products according to production specifications
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (forklift experience preferred)
• Load, move, and organize materials throughout the production area
• Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures
• Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed

 Requirements:

• Steel-toed boots required
• Must be comfortable with physical labor, including mixing and molding operations
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Recent job stability and reliable work history required
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to pass a background check
