Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Location: Farmers Branch, TX

Job Type: Full-Time, 8 AM to 5 PM, M-F

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage the daily flow of incoming and outgoing materials and products. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate receipt, documentation, storage, and shipment of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Sit-Down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently as required.
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery documentation.
  • Inspect incoming materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly to supervisors.
  • Process and record received goods in the ERP or warehouse management system.
  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packing lists, bills of lading (BOL), and shipping labels.
  • Coordinate with carriers, freight companies, and internal departments to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Stage finished goods and materials for shipment.
  • Ensure all shipments meet customer specifications, packaging standards, and delivery requirements.
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Assist with inventory management activities, including cycle counts, stock verification, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area.
  • Communicate effectively with purchasing, warehouse, production, and customer service teams regarding shipment status, material availability, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong Sit-Down forklift experience required
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations required.
  • Experience using ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software.
  • Ability to read and understand shipping documents, packing slips, and bills of lading.
  • Forklift certification preferred 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bilingual 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • NON-CLIMATE controlled warehouse
