Human Resources Representative – Rochester, MN

 

Pay: $25 - $33/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Day Shift

 

We are seeking a Human Resources Representative to join a growing team in Rochester, MN. This role supports a variety of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, recordkeeping, and compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to handle confidential information while providing excellent support to employees and management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Support employee relations, performance reviews, and corrective action processes
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations
• Coordinate employee events, engagement activities, and community involvement initiatives
• Answer employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment matters
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Qualifications:

• Previous Human Resources experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
