What You’ll Do

·         Project Planning & Strategy: Assist in defining project scope, budget, and fees, and develop strategic plans to ensure successful project outcomes.

·         Project Management & Coordination: Oversee all project phases, managing schedules, budgets, communications, and documentation for efficient execution.

·         Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and guide project teams and consultants while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering presentations.

·         Design & Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of building systems and sustainable/LEED design, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integration into projects.

·         Performance & Work Efficiency: Work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office, with strong communication and attention to detail.

What You’ll Bring

·         Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

·         5-10 years experience in an architectural firm with project management experience

·         Licensed architect with current registration preferred

·         ALL Applicants must provide a sample of work
