Now Hiring: Vegetation Management 

Project-Based | Outdoor Work

We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join a team specializing in vegetation management for solar panel fields. If you enjoy working outdoors and operating equipment, this is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting project.

What You'll Do

• Operate ride-on lawn mowers and other landscaping equipment.
• Mow and maintain grass and weeds around solar panels and access roads.
• Perform general grounds maintenance and vegetation management.
• Conduct basic equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with other outdoor tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating ride-on mowers or similar equipment is preferred.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
