 Machine Operator - 1st Shift

$20+ per hour DOE
1st shift

Mon-Thur, 5a-3p with possible OT on Fri/Sat

 

 

Duties:

• Lead a team and work safely following all policies and programs 
• Responsible for correct reporting of time, production and material usage
• Set-up of machines
• Use of computers
• Perform quality checks
• Report irregularities, maintenance needs and quality issues
• Check raw materials to ensure shortages are prevented
• Keep work area clean and orderly
• Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

• 3 years of previous manufacturing experience is required
• Experience leading small group/team preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, swoop etc throughout entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
