The Consumer Affairs Representative is the first point of contact for customer inquiries, requiring urgency and professionalism in high-stress situations. This role involves delivering excellent service, navigating multiple systems, and de-escalating concerns. You’ll ask insightful questions to find solutions while following company policies. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to, handle, and accurately document incoming calls and emails from retail consumers within a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Gain hands on experience with company products
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and deliver effective, timely solutions
  • Maintain accurate and professional records of all customer interactions
  • Navigate multiple software systems and efficiently multitask across platforms using three screens.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to effectively manage high-stress situations by multitasking across multiple systems while professionally de-escalating customer complaints and maintaining a calm, solution-focused approach.
  • 1+ Year in a high-volume call center
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong phone and email etiquette
  • Must be able to type 45wpm
